Board of Directors Elections for the New Term 2021\2024
Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group ("HMG") announces the opening of the nomination for the membership of the Board of Directors of HMG for the upcoming term starting from 10/12/2021 for a period of three years ending on 09/12/2024.
Shareholders who wish to nominate themselves for the membership of the Board of Directors and who meet the membership conditions and criteria must submit their candidacy applications starting from 23/01/1443 corresponding to 31/08/2021 till 23/02/1443 corresponding to 30/09/2021.
Candidates will be elected at the General Assembly meeting, date of which will be announced later after obtaining necessary approvals from the competent authorities, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Law and the Corporate Governance Regulations, in addition to the policies, standards and procedures of the Board of Directors’ membership approved by the General Assembly of HMG.
